Visionaries lead the way and show others that it can be done on a very grassroots level.
Earl Gilbert Graves Sr. saw early on, that in order for Black people to be successful in business, it must be a deliberate collective effort.
He utilized his knowledge, and know how and created one of the most prolific informational magazines for aspiring Black business professionals, entrepreneurs and businesses known today as "Black Enterprise".
We call Earl Gilbert Graves Sr.
